What we do

Debt Advice

At Ablewell Advice Services, we specialise in managing problem debt. Whether it’s what to expect when you can’t afford to pay your debts, creating a personal budget, or practical solutions for dealing with your debt, you’ll find all the answers you need right here.

Our Debt advice initial interview takes just 1 hour to complete and will help you find a solution to your debt problem that is tailored to your circumstances. It’s totally confidential and free of charge

Benefit Advice

Our Benefits Maximisation Service can provide advice, guidance and assistance with the full range of welfare benefits. We offer a detailed benefit check to see whether you are entitled to any additional benefits, and whether any existing benefits are being paid at the correct rate.

We can also:

Help you to make a claim for any new or increased benefits - including backdating claims.

Help you challenge decisions to stop benefits - including help with overpayments.

Represent you at appeal tribunals.

Where we cannot help you we will refer you to an appropriate local specialist agency or department

Where we do it

We provide a specialist advice and advocacy service for people living within the Walsall Area. As we are a registered charity, we never charge for the work that we do for you
