Businesses: we work with all companies seeking recruitment support, training or office by offering professional and competitively priced services. We can help businesses in the Black Country recruit the right staff, keep up to date with legal training requirements and undertake additional administrative support.

We also work with larger multi-national companies who have branches in the Black Country and who, as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), are committed to employing a percentage of their workforce from those currently unemployed or disadvantaged. We have called this ‘The Recruitment Pledge’ and is an initiative we that will be developing further in the coming months.
