Formed in 1998 Euro Shaf has trained over 10,000 operators in over 200 companies nationwide. In a typical year, Euro Shaf provides 40,000 hours of the most competitively priced training for every type and size of business. We take exceptional pride in our adaptability, responsiveness and professionalism.

Euroshaf is one of the fastest growing forklift training providers in the country, training some 1,000 operators annually. We employ fully qualified RTITB / ITSSAR registered instructors and courses can be held on-site or at our dedicated RTITB / ITSSAR Accredited Training Centre in The Black Country – the heart of the country.

Training courses are fully approved by the Health & Safety Executive’s accrediting bodies and all Euro Shaf Instructors are examined and registered with the Health & Safety Commissions officially recognized accrediting bodies’.

The Learner Experience
At Euro Shaf Training we strive on enhancing the learner experience as much as possible. Through our innovation in technology we have undergone vast changes in the organisation which have reflected in well coordinated and improved management systems.

Further to this, we have enhanced the learner experience to include the previously present, great hospitality of learners as well as providing them with underpinning knowledge and key skills which are seamlessly integrated into our courses.

Our aims and objectives reflect that at the end of the course the learner not only leaves fully qualified with certification but with a wealth of relevant knowledge, skills and resources to apply to the world of work, resulting in a far more confident individual.

Our Commitment
PC Suite
We have a fully equipped PC suite for learners which they can use for various elements related to their course such as use the Euro Shaf portal for all of the above or browse the internet for jobs. We have an internet policy and restrictions in place to prevent learners accessing any unauthorised websites.

SMS Alerts
Learners receive a personalised text message to remind them for course related items such as; training and assessment days, certificate collection. Should the learners have any queries or experience any problems they are able to respond to these messages from their mobile phones the same they would for a normal text message.

Lunch
Learners receive an all inclusive lunch have a choice of lunch from a menu each day they are in the training centre. The dietary requirements of learners are noted at induction to cater for all.

Multi Lingual Staff
The management and training staff at Euro Shaf speak a variety of languages to provide for people who may find it difficult to communicate in English. We have developed a range of course materials in different languages including French, German, Spanish, Polish, Punjabi, Urdu and Hindi and many more to enhance the learner experience as much possible.

The Euro Shaf training centre provides a very friendly environment enriched with an excellent learning atmosphere. Our facilities are designed to cater for all individuals and groups of people and conform to the HSE regulated health and safety standards.
