How To?

Apply for a Passport

This section explains how to apply for a British passport.

To apply for a passport or renew it, you can go into the post office and ask for a passport renewal or application form.

Once you have completed the form you need to hand it back into the Post Office, with everything that the form says you are required to send with it.

You can chose the Passport check and send service which is at an extra cost but this will ensure that the form is completed properly and that you have included all the correct information. http://www.postoffice.co.uk/passport-check-send

Alternatively, you can apply online for a passport:  https://www.gov.uk/apply-renew-passport
