What we do
During 2015-2016 we had approximately 38,499 contacts with clients on some 47,331 separate issues across a wide range of subjects.
We also have a qualified housing solicitor funded by the Legal Aid Agency.

The main town centre office is open 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
We operate a same day appointment system so availability of appointments will depend on the number of advisers we have on the day.
The town centre office is now closed on Wednesdays. Advice will still be available by phone, online or by appointment at our outreach service.
