A Way Forward - The Man in the Mirror
The Man in the Mirror is a programme for male perpetrators of domestic violence and abuse. The aim of the course is for offenders to look at the Man in the Mirror and identify themselves, take responsibility for their actions and change their abusive behaviour.
6 week programme
Accredited course, participants receive a certificate upon completion.

The Prince's Trust - TEAM Programme
Team is a full-time 12-week programme for young people aged between 16-25 who are not in education, employment or training. It offers work experience, qualifications, practical skills, community projects and a residential week. The programme aims to increase confidence, motivation and skills and as a result enables young people to move into employment, education, training, volunteering or an apprenticeship.

Uprising - Fastlaners self development and employability programme
Our Fastlaners programme is a free self development & employability programme for 18-25 year olds who are unemployed. It is a chance to gain and practise everything they need to get into their dream career. We look at everything from CV's and covering letters to mental health, goal setting, public speaking skills, networking skills, what meaningful employment is and more.
Additionally you will then be offered 3 months worth of mentoring and support to help you follow your dream career path.
100% of past participants have reported an increase in confidence.
89% of past participants have secured employment or training within 6 months after this programme.
Course length is 8 days (9:30am - 4:30pm) starting on 12th November.

It will be taking place in Birmingham city centre (we contribute £3 per person per day towards travel). Referrals accepted from outside Birmingham.

Eligibility
You must currently be unemployed or working a 0 hour contract/less than 16 hours a week. You must be aged 18 - 25 years old. If you are a student you must be a graduate or in your final year.
