First Base Counselling

I provide counselling to adults, children, young people and families. I provide generic, time limited and long term counselling for a wide range of issues that people are facing or struggling with.

I have a special interest and vast experience in working with people who are wanting support to cope with bereavement and loss.

I am a resilient counsellor who has embraced my own experiences and challenges of personal loss, and have skills and experience of working with people struggling to cope after a traumatic death of a loved one.

I also have experience of working with females in prisons, those under supervision orders/serving community sentences and rehabilitated offenders.
I also work with women under Section in medium secure forensic psychiatric hospitals.
