Overview

We are an organisation that offers specialist care and support to Vulnerable Adults. We offer a person centred approach to enable individuals to remain in their own homes and be citizens within their own communities. We offer a floating support service up to 24hour supported living models across the West Midlands.

What we do

Our vision is one of equality, a chance for life with meaning. JLKare and Support Limited aim to provide a person centred approach and ensure the clients are in control of their own lives and valued as contributing members of their local communities.

Our objective is the provision of a high quality professional organisation that is committed to assisting the clients to maintain his/her quality of life and to remain in their own homes for as long as possible, and as long as it’s in the clients own interests.

To fulfil our vision and mission, we are guided by our core values of integrity, trust, kindness, dignity, compassion and respect for each other, staff and clients. We strive to be honest, transparent, fair and ethical in everything we do.

We provide domiciliary home care as well as supported living services throughout the West Midlands, including Birmingham and Smethwick. We also offer Carer courses, training room hire and health and social care consultation services for organisations throughout the West Midlands.
