Meriden House is Supported Housing Accommodation for vulnerable adults with a mental health or support need identified. We offer a high quality support service by offering a safe, secure and comfortable environment. We pride ourselves on creating a community where individuals may progress towards independent and fulfilling lives, with clearly defined boundaries, whilst using and developing their own skills.
Our mission is to deliver a measurable, value for money, housing related accommodation service for vulnerable people who have long term, enduring mental health problems. We will assist people to retain independence, dignity and choice whilst maintaining their home in the community.

Where we do it
Meriden House is currently spread across several sites, mostly in Erdington.
How to access
Referrals are accepted from mental health teams within Health and Social Services using the Care Programme Approach (CPA) and also direct enquiries from service users. All referrals require a placement assessment or Care Plan indicating the level of support required.
