New Heights Domestic Abuse Counselling Service

We are a specialist Domestic Abuse Counselling Service and part of the New Heights charity.

We provide free, confidential counselling and support to women and men, over 16, living in North Birmingham who have experienced or been affected by domestic abuse at any time in their lives.

We provide a range of services to help you make sense of your experiences, identify areas you want to work on and build on the inner resources you already have.

Services include:

• Free, confidential and non-judgemental support
• Individual one-to-one counselling
• Support groups
• Therapeutic group sessions
• Workshops
• Signposting and onward referral
• At various locations in North Birmingham
