If you are aged 12-25, you should visit your GP and ask for them to make a referral to Open Door Counselling. When we have received this referral, we will allocate you an appointment, and send a letter in the post informing you of the time and date. This service is free of charge.

Alternatively, referrals can come to us through the Forward Thinking Birmingham Access Centre, which can be contacted by other healthcare professionals.

If you are aged 26 or over, our service is available on a self-referral basis. You can either complete the referral form on our website, or call us up to arrange an appointment.
