Rethink Mental Illness Walsall Enablement & Recovery Service
We are a community-based support service specialising in combating social isolation, promoting independence, and supporting community involvement. Our service can help build your independence, health and wellbeing by supporting you to become an active participant in your community. Through Coffee meetings, the provision of ‘safespaces’, a ‘CBT’ based workshop, signposting services, and emotional support, our team will do what we can to support and enhance your recovery journey.
We welcome self-referrals as well as referrals from agencies in and around the Walsall area - We can help if you have, or think you may have, a mental health Issue, are aged 18-65, and live in Walsall and/or have a GP based in the Walsall area.
