Shelter helps millions of people every year struggling with bad housing or homelessness through our advice, support and legal services. We campaign to make sure that one day, no one will have to turn to us for help.

The Lead Worker Peer Mentor Service supports individuals experiencing complex needs; homelessness, mental health, offending and substance use. We enable those individuals to develop a sustained engagement with services across the City of Birmingham.
