Solihull Community Housing

Overview

We are an Arm's Length Management Organisation (ALMO) set up in April 2004 to run the housing service on behalf of Solihull Council. The Council still owns the properties and is the landlord. But housing services are delivered by us.

We are run by a management board made up of four tenants, four councillors and four independent people chosen for their specialist skills and experience. Board members are not paid for their services.
Peter Stoate, Chief of Commercial Activity and Fiona Hughes, Chief of Operations complete our Executive Management Team.
