Emergency Help & Advice
Support Groups
Attending support/mutual aid groups can provide a valuable network of support for individuals dealing with a number of issues.
Support/mutual aid groups are usually volunteer/peer led and flexible in their approach.
There is usually no expectation for you to share your own story or concerns unless you feel you wish to do so as it is recognised that by listening to others experiences you can feel supported and move forward yourself.
