WAITS is a multi-award winning registered charity, which has worked with women for over 24 years, and last year alone we empowered over 300 women!!
We offer 3 services which support women to achieve their goals, achieve empowerment and gain independence. After all- shouldn't everyone have the right to safety and security?
1. The Domestic Abuse Service – supporting women who have experienced/are currently experiencing Domestic Abuse.
2. The Community Integration Project (CIP) – supporting women who have offended in the past or who are at risk of offending/re-offending in the future.
3. Women’s Refuge – supporting women who are fleeing from, or who are facing homelessness due to, domestic violence and abuse.
